DANCE STUDIO
MAIN CAMPUS

Harlequin Vinyl Dance Floor
$ 100/hr.
Cleaning fee of $ 150 for 3+ hour rental
The above rate is for rehearsals and private lessons only. Private lessons consist of a maximum of 2 students. Rental includes two Bluetooth speakers and two handheld wireless, bluetooth microphones.
Non-profit rates are available with proper documentation from the I.R.S. or fiscal sponsor.
No food, drinks (besides water) or Street Shoes are allowed in the studio space.
Rentals specifically for photo and video shoots may be booked but may require an additional fee depending on the time and size of the shoot.
Audition Rates: An administration fee of $30 will be added to the pricing of the studio for auditions. This will include the listing of your audition on our website.
A credit card must be on file to secure the rental and payment must be made before occupancy. If a payment is not made, your card will be charged by end of day.
A 72-hour cancellation policy is in effect. Your credit card will be charged if you do not cancel within this time. Refunds will not be issued.
Please note that while there is no time frame requirement for renting the studio, it is best to book as soon as possible.
CONCERT HALL
Advanced reservation of one month strongly encouraged
Please note that the concert hall is not rented on an hourly basis (6 hour minimum cost)*

- No food or drinks (besides water) are allowed in the theater during performances .
- Sanctuary will deny entry to the space if guest’s reservation is not paid in full by the date of the performance.
- When renting the dance studio space, access to the studio is permitted no more than 15 minutes prior to your reservation.
- When renting, client must provide certificate of insurance.
- Alcohol and any illegal substances are not permitted in the building and may not be sold on premises. Services available at Aloft Hotel.
- No flammable material of any kind, including incense, is permitted in the building.
- Food and beverages are not permitted in the studio or the theater.
- No climbing on barres or pianos allowed.
- Box office may not open until 2 hours before curtain.
- Sanctuary of the Arts is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- No smoking, eating, drinking, or chewing gum in theater at any time.
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere in or around the building.
- No unauthorized personnel will be allowed backstage, or in the sound supply room, lighting control room, or around the sound system box at any time.
- Children must be chaperoned at all times.
- All equipment and/or scenery materials brought in for a production must be removed after the last performance unless previously authorized to be dismantled the next day.
- Equipment left over may reflect in additional charges.
- Nailing, stapling, or taping to the floor, walls, and curtains is absolutely prohibited.
- The piano is not allowed to be removed from the stage under any circumstances.
- Technical crews, event personnel, security guard, ushering staff, ticket seller, etc., are not included in the contract and must be selected from a list of approved providers by Sanctuary of the Arts.
