DANCE STUDIO

Harlequin Vinyl Dance Floor

$ 100/hr.

Cleaning fee of $ 120 for 4+ hour rental

The above rate is for rehearsals and private lessons only. Private lessons consist of a maximum of 2 students. Rental includes two Bluetooth speakers.

Non-profit rates are available with proper documentation from the I.R.S. or fiscal sponsor.

No food, drinks (besides water) or Street Shoes are allowed in the studio space.

Rentals specifically for photo and video shoots may be booked but may require an additional fee depending on the time and size of the shoot.

Audition Rates: An administration fee of $30 will be added to the pricing of the studio for auditions. This will include the listing of your audition on our website.

A credit card must be on file to secure the rental and payment must be made before occupancy. If a payment is not made, your card will be charged by end of day.

A 72-hour cancellation policy is in effect. Your credit card will be charged if you do not cancel within this time. Refunds will not be issued.

Please note that while there is no time frame requirement for renting the studio, it is best to book as soon as possible.

Theater Tech/Dress Rehearsal: $150.00/Per hour

Film Shoot: $250.00/Per hour

Photo Shoot: $250.00/Per hour

Studio Showing/Meeting: $75.00/Per hour

Audition: $50.00/Per hour – per studio

Cancellation Fees

0-30 days prior to performance no refund.

31-60 days prior to performance 50% refund.

61-90 days prior to performance 75% refund.

Insurance

Renters MUST provide Sanctuary of the Arts with a Certificate of Liability Insurance in the amount of no less than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) per occurrence for bodily injury and five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000.00) per occurrence for property damage. This insurance will be at the cost and expense of the User. Said policy shall be written by an A-rated company authorized to do business in the State of Florida and must carry a rating of not less than B+ as to management and grade X as to financial strength.
